In the second quarter of 2024, the Pair Puzzle category on iOS has seen varied performances across leading applications. Here's a quick recap of how five popular apps fared, with all data sourced from Sensor Tower.
Triple Match 3D by Boombox Games LTD experienced a fluctuating trend in revenue, peaking at $2.5M in early April and dipping to $1.4M by the end of June. Downloads spiked to 86K in late May, while weekly active users showed a steady increase, reaching a high of 588K in early June.
Peak Games' Match Factory! saw its revenue rise to $2.2M mid-June, despite a slight drop in April. Downloads declined sharply from 390K to 19K over the quarter, and the weekly active user count decreased from 1.2M to 950K.
Voodoo's Block Jam 3D had its revenue grow from $577K to $819K in May, then stabilize around $679K by June's end. There were no downloads recorded for the first week of April, but a peak of 45K downloads occurred at the end of the month. Active users hovered around the low 50s throughout the quarter.
Tile Busters: Match 3 Tiles from Spyke Games witnessed a revenue increase in May, reaching $887K, followed by a drop to $510K in late June. Downloads were nearly nonexistent, with only a few reported in mid-May. Active users remained fairly constant, with a slight increase to 231K in late May.
Lastly, KINGS FORTUNE PTE.LTD.'s Happy Match Cafe™ saw its revenue hit $644K in late May, but it then fell to $380K by the quarter's end. Downloads were strong at the start of April with 151K but dropped to zero from May onward. The weekly active users showed a gradual decline, ending at 531K in late June.
